An initial phone consultation will be provided to determine what your goals are, how we can help you meet those goals, and to see if our services are a good fit.
If our services are a good fit and we can help you meet your goals, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting at your house.
At the meeting we will ask you some more questions, take a tour of your house, explain our marketing plan, determine the list price of your house, then review and sign the listing contract and disclosures.
We will give you recommendations on how to prepare your house to show at its best, schedule an MLS data gathering appointment, a staging appointment, and a professional photo shoot appointment. These appointments can often be combined, so you are not too inconvenienced.
After the photos are received, your listing, its photos and virtual tour will be placed in the Arizona Regional MLS and then syndicated to hundreds of other websites.
The lockbox, a high-quality sign post and a “for sale” sign will be installed. Color flyers will be created with a QR code that can be scanned with a smart phone to show the virtual tour. Other marketing will also be provided and explained at our first meeting.
Showings by agents will be coordinated through us using an automated system and will accommodate your schedule.
A showing feedback website will be provided to you, so you can see the feedback from potential buyers and their agents.
