If our services are a good fit and we can help you meet your goals, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting at your house.
At the meeting we will ask you some more questions to make sure we are the right REALTORS for you, take a tour of your house, explain our marketing plan, determine the list price of your house, then review and sign the listing contract and disclosures.
We will give you recommendations on how to prepare your house to show at its best, schedule a staging appointment, a professional photo shoot appointment, and an MLS data gathering appointment to make sure all of the features of your house are entered into the MLS. These appointments can often be combined, so you are not too inconvenienced.
After the professional photos of your house are received by us from the photographer, your listing with its photos and virtual tour will be placed in the Arizona Regional MLS and then automatically sent to hundreds of other websites.
The lockbox, a high-quality sign post and a professional “for sale” sign will be installed. Color flyers will be created with a QR code that can be scanned with a smart phone to show the virtual tour. Other marketing will also be provided and explained at our first meeting.
Showings by agents will be coordinated through us using an automated system and will accommodate your schedule. The same automated system will provide us with showing feedback from potential buyers and their agents, so we can keep you informed.
