EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Continuing education is another area that sets us apart from other REALTORS®. Our increased knowledge about real estate, laws, and marketing is a direct benefit to you, yet not all REALTORS® take the time to obtain the education and to earn the designations that go with it.

Peter Shambreskis is among the few REALTORS® who have been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He has gained further real estate expertise and knowledge from being a real estate investor and the former owner of a well-known real estate franchise. In addition, he has 19 years of experience in sales and marketing as a sales manager. Pete has a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson State University in Maryland where he was a collegiate baseball player and "Male Athlete of the Year." He was invited to try out for 5 Major League teams and was offered a spot on the Baltimore Orioles. He currently enjoys golfing in his spare time.

Corinne Howard was the first REALTOR® in the Northeast Valley to be awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. Additionally, she has earned the Internet specialist e-PRO certification for REALTORS®. With her extensive analytical and Internet skills she is an expert at tracking local real estate trends, pricing homes, and marketing. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Stephens College in Missouri where she was often on the Dean's List, and a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Applied Statistics from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Corinne has lived and traveled throughout the United States and Europe. She enjoys hiking and reading. 

Both of us have earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. We are full-time, full-service, licensed REALTORS® and members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR). We specialize in luxury properties, golf course properties, relocation, and vacation homes in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and the surrounding communities.
