Buy a property listed in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service through us and you may be eligible to receive a huge home buyer rebate.  For example: you could receive up to $2,000 back on the purchase of a $200,000 property, or $5,000 back on the purchase of a $500,000 property, or $10,000 back on the purchase of a $1,000,000 property! The Home Buyer Rebate will be provided at the successful close of escrow & will be recorded on your final closing statement by the Title/Escrow Company.

The home buyer rebate may be combined with our Full Service Listing Plans of 6.0% or higher if you are also selling a home. 

The Home Buyer Rebate offer is valid for residential new-sale properties and traditional residential resale properties only (i.e. no short sales, lender-owned properties, or auctions). 

The Home Buyer Rebate is not valid for purchases where another real estate agent is the procuring cause of the sale, or if you currently have a signed Buyer-Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement with another real estate agent. 

The Home Buyer Rebate will be 1% of the purchase price of the property when our commission is at least 3%. Otherwise, the Home Buyer Rebate will be less than 1% of the purchase price of the property and we must receive no less than a 2% commission. (Example: if our commission is 2.5%, the rebate will be 0.5% of the purchase price. If our commission is 2% or less, there is no rebate.)

The Home Buyer Rebate is taken from our commission and must be approved by your lender if financing is being obtained. Sometimes lenders will allow a rebate up to the amount of your closing costs, but nothing more than that amount. Please check with your lender.
