Full Service 

1) Residential Re-sale 4.5% Full Service Listing Plan.  (Includes 3% commission to agent/broker who procures buyer).  List your home in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.  Receive full representation from experienced real estate professionals.  Receive extensive national, regional, and local advertising of your home with professional photos on the Internet, in print, with virtual tours, with audio tours, QR codes, plus much more.  If we bring the buyer, you pay a total of only 4.0%.  This service is our most popular plan.

Full Service Listing Plans of 4.5% or higher may be combined with our Home Buyer Rebate if you are also buying a home.

Exclusive

We currently offer exclusive listings (see 2 and 3 below) to give our sellers more choices and greater flexibility.  Our Exclusive Listing Plans, in which your home is not advertised in the MLS, are best suited to those who would like to sell their home on their own, but who would like help with the paperwork and desire a little more exposure of their home.  Ask us about the suitability of an exclusive listing for your home before you make your decision.

2) $2,500 Flat Fee Basic Exclusive Listing Plan.  No Multiple Listing Service.  Some Internet and print exposure.

3) $5,995 Flat Fee Enhanced Exclusive Listing Plan.  No Multiple Listing Service, but more Internet and print exposure than the $2,500 basic exclusive plan above.

Sellers Beware!
